 职位要求:

SUMMARY
Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
2. Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
3. Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
4. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
5. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
6. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
7. Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
8. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
9. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
10. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
11. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
12. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
13. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
? Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
? Represent the company externally to media, government agencies, funding agencies, and the general public.
? Oversee administration of company insurance, import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities, corporate level negotiations (eg premises, plant, trading, acquisitions and divestments, disposals), major supplier/customer/partner relationships, regulatory bodies relationships and strategies, approvals and accreditations.
? Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
? Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
? Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
? Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
? Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
? Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English skills required, Bilingual in English/Chinese preferred.
? Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
? Masters Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
? 10+ years of Finance/Accounting professional experience.
? 5+ years of Finance/Accounting executive position in multination corporation
? Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and international travel between China, Taiwan, and the United States
? Age 35-45, male preferred
? CPA in US, Hong Kong, or Taiwan is a bonus.

Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business.
